Where have I been?
The lack of updates to this site would be a little more disturbing if people actually read it.
But alas, I just don't seem to get the traffic I used to. Maybe a little more advertising is the answer.
Anyway, I am currently taking an interesting little class called Technical and Scientific writing. Although the only reason I'm taking it is that I needed to fulfill an english requirement (for med school), I'm finding myself enjoying it and learning practical skills.
So at least it isn't a waste of time, as I had feared.

The weather here is bitter cold, and I for one welcome it, at least for a while. It just isn't a Wisconsin winter without a little deep freeze.
I'm sure in a week or two I'll change my tune, but for now I'm enjoying it.
I love that feeling you get when youwalk into a nice warm building after freezing your ass off outside.
Just another of those little things in life I try to appreciate.
